TraxPS Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using TraxPS, a B2B marketplace for NHS hospitals to list and purchase excess medicines. By using TraxPS, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. General Usage Guidelines

TraxPS is intended exclusively for NHS hospitals and authorised healthcare entities.
Users must conduct all activities in compliance with applicable laws and NHS procurement standards.
All information shared on the platform must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

A. Illegal or Unethical Conduct

Listing or purchasing counterfeit, expired, or unapproved medicines.
Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices.
Violating any applicable UK laws, NHS procurement policies, or MHRA guidelines.

B. Platform Abuse

Attempting to gain unauthorised access to TraxPS or other user accounts.
Disrupting platform operations, introducing malware, or engaging in hacking.
Scraping, data mining, or automated data extraction without permission.

C. Misuse of Listings and Transactions

Posting misleading or false information about medicines or availability.
Engaging in price manipulation, bid-rigging, or anti-competitive behavior.
Failing to fulfill legitimate transactions without justification.

D. Data Privacy Violations

Sharing or misusing confidential patient or supplier information.
Violating GDPR or NHS data protection requirements.

3. Enforcement and Consequences

TraxPS reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations.
Violations may result in:
- Warnings or temporary account suspension.
- Permanent account termination.
- Legal action where necessary.

4. Reporting Violations
